Major Development is committed to the process of selecting and developing quality personnel through the Major Lifescape Academy, launching the Management Trainee program to scout for talented individuals from various educational institutions to learn the workings of Property Management, equipping them with both Soft Skills, Hard Skills, and Leadership Skills over an intensive 6-month period, paving the way for them to become professionals and granting them the opportunity for a 'Fast Track' promotion to the level of 'Manager' upon meeting the specified criteria.

This concept is the foundation of the Management Trainee program, which has already begun this process through partnerships with educational institutions. The first selected students have participated in discussions with management and have started their training since Q3 2020, with the first cohort's program concluding at the end of 2020, and applications for the next cohort opening in February 2021.

Those who apply and are selected for the program will undergo training in essential skills for various roles, such as skills related to communication and service, skills specifically for Property Management, leadership skills, and systems related to all functions of work intensively, guided closely by Supervisors who will provide advice and evaluate performance periodically over a full 6-month period.
